Late payment charges may apply to overdue accounts at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the due date.

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose proprietary information without written consent. Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our methods, processes, and proprietary information.
All work is conducted in accordance with UK health and safety regulations. Clients must provide safe working conditions and notify us of any specific hazards or safety requirements.
Services may be cancelled with reasonable notice. Cancellation charges may apply for work already commenced or materials ordered.
Either party may terminate the agreement immediately upon material breach by the other party, subject to reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or labour disputes.
These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We comply with UK data protection legislation. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to existing clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior understandings.
